Sometimes you will hear a statement instead of a direct question. Listen for what the speaker is telling you or commenting on.
Don't wait for a question word. Listen for the main message.

Part 2では、質問ではなく 発言（statement） を聞くこともあります。 話し手が何を伝えているのかに注目しましょう。
疑問詞を探すのではなく、発言の中心となる意味を聞き取ります。
